Can I request a new card?

If you have lost or misplaced your RFID card, just give us a call, use the form at the bottom of this page or email [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

How do I close my account?

If you no longer wish to have an Evolt Network account, you can cancel at any time by using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing [email protected].

How do I create/delete my account?

How do I view my balance or invoices?

You can log in to your account to view your balance at any time by visiting
https://account.swarcoeconnect.org/user/login

Once logged in you can view your balance as well as download PDFs of all historic invoices.
