We’re Community Energy Plus – Cornwall’s energy advice charity. We support householders, landlords, businesses, and communities across Cornwall to use energy more efficiently – creating warmer, healthier homes and workplaces as part of a sustainable, low-carbon future.

Our Cornwall Low Carbon Energy Advice Network team offers free, impartial advice, to help people at every stage of their retrofit journey. For homeowners, we provide free home visits and support on home improvements, including insulation, ventilation, solar PV and low-carbon heating systems.
Recognising that the retrofit journey can feel complex or overwhelming, our team provide clear, ongoing guidance – helping people make informed decisions with confidence and feel supported at every stage of their home improvement process. We also help with identifying and navigating funding and finance options, supporting practical steps to reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.
We work in partnership with community groups, local organisations, and businesses to build long-term energy resilience and help accelerate Cornwall’s progress towards a low-carbon future. Through outreach, collaboration, and trusted advice, we enable communities and businesses to take control of their energy use and make worthwhile, sustainable changes.
