Ways to locate
You can locate a chargepoint using the following methods.
Can’t find the charge point then call our 24/7 Helpline.
Evolt Network App – search by location
- Open the App
- Allow location access (optional — can also search manually)
- Enter your location, e.g. postcode
- Click on clicking on ‘Search this area’
- You can pinch and rotate the map on your screen to adjust map
- Select your charge point and socket
- Follow the payment steps to begin your session.
Evolt Network App – search by Charge Point ID (CPID)
- Open the App
- Search by CPID (shown on the unit, e.g. SECXXXXX)
- Enter the details
- Select your charge point and socket
- Follow the payment steps to begin your session.
Zap-map
To find EV chargers using Zapmap, start by accessing the Zapmap website or mobile app.
You can use the live map to view chargers in your area, filter by charging speed and connector type, and even plan a route with charging stops.
Zapmap also allows you to find chargers by Network, check-in and update their status, and share information with other users.
