How to use
It is linked to the payment method on your mobile device, so once signed in you are ready to go.
If you’ve given the app permission to use your location, it will locate you and instantly let you tap your charging unit of choice.
If not, you can locate each charging unit, with the code o found on the sticker of all SWARCO chargers. Type this code into the app and it will pull up that charging unit. Then you can charge.
To stop charging open your Evolt Network app Tap the ‘account’ icon on the bottom of the screen, tap ‘history’(or ‘active charging’) and press‘stop charge’.
Please note that you need a good signal or WiFi access to allow this to work properly.
RFID card
RFID cards simplify the payment process at charging stations. To start charging at a public charging point, you can tap your RFID card against a reader. The card contains unique data that is transmitted to the charging station, which identifies the user and initiates the charging process and will show you a summary of the total charging data when you have finished charging too.
If you created an account with us, you registered a direct debit mandate. When you use a Charging Station with a tariff, the balance you incur will be assigned to your account and at the end of each month, your total balance will be automatically deducted from your bank.

Pay As You Go
Select contactless as your authentication method. Show your contactless bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or to the contactless reader, select the connector applicable to your vehicle and start charging. To stop charging touch the screen and select contactless as your authentication method. Show the same contactless card or smart device that was used to start the session to the contactless reader. This will then show your session on the display. Please note that you need a good signal or WiFi access to allow this to work properly.
With all payment methods you may need to pay applicable parking charges.
